Due to the personal and hygienic nature of VagRX products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Please carefully review your order, shipping information, and product selections before completing your purchase.

PREORDERS

All VagRX preorder sales are final. Once a preorder has been placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded, except where required by applicable law or if the product arrives damaged or defective.

Please review our Shipping Policy for current preorder processing and shipping timeframes before placing your order.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your VagRX product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of confirmed delivery.

To review your claim, please provide:

• Your full name
• Order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damaged or defective product
• Clear photos of the original shipping packaging

Please do not discard the product or packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, VagRX may provide a replacement or refund for the affected item, as appropriate.

INCORRECT ITEMS

If VagRX sends you an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item received.

Once verified, we will work to correct the order.

LOST, STOLEN OR MISSING PACKAGES

VagRX is not responsible for shipping addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier using the tracking information provided. You may also contact VagRX Customer Support so we can review the available tracking information and assist where possible.

ORDER CHANGES

Please carefully review your order before checkout. Because orders may begin processing shortly after they are received, we cannot guarantee changes to products, quantities, or shipping information after an order has been placed.
